Abstract:

设计了脉冲强光杀菌装置及其检测系统。以脉冲氙灯作为光源,其充电输入电压是0.8~3kV。利用脉冲强光杀菌装置对选定菌种进行了初步杀菌试验。试验结果表明,脉冲强光技术的杀菌效果十分明显。增加闪照次数、输入电压或菌液透光率都能够提高杀菌率至100%;透光率为100%、菌液厚度超过3.4mm时,大肠杆菌的致死率达
