农用高压静电喷雾场的实验

Abstract:

运用相位多普勒粒子分析仪,从喷雾宽度、雾滴的粒径和速度分布方面对农用高压静电喷雾场进行了实验和分析。结果表明,与非荷电时相比,静电喷雾能使平均粒径下降,但在起始充电电压时粒径分布的均匀性和速度分布的对称性均不理想。在30kV电压以内,从低压到高压,平均粒径和速度均有所增加,而分布状况却不断改善,对于具体的静电喷雾施药场合应采取相应的取舍。当充电电压达到40kV时,雾滴在植株界面上易于粘附,同时也具有较优良的综合技术性能。
