冷却液温度对天然气发动机性能影响试验

Abstract:

在一台液化天然气(LNG)发动机上进行60、70、80、90℃4个不同冷却液温度水平的发动机全工况性能试验,结果表明冷却液温度影响LNG发动机的性能;冷却液温度升高,燃料经济性增加,但同时NOx排放量也普遍增加;冷却液温度对HC和CO排放量有不同程度的影响。根据试验结果进行优化设计,得到该型LNG发动机的最佳冷却液温度MAP。
