可变凸轮相位器响应特性试验研究

Abstract:

为研究各运行参数下可变凸轮相位器(VCP)的响应特性,构建了试验测试平台,提出了计算凸轮相位器动态响应时间的方法。该平台可测试发动机转速、润滑油温度和压力等运行参数下,相位变化最大转角时提前、滞后方向的响应时间。试验结果表明:相位提前方向调节响应速度小于滞后方向;发动机转速对相位器响应速度影响不明显;随着润滑油温度的升高,响应速度加快,但温度大于70℃时,响应变化的幅度减小;当润滑油压力增加,响应速度增大,且低压(0.4MPa以下)时影响较大。
