分时电价机制下含蓄电池微网的优化调度

Abstract:

为解决分时电价机制下含蓄电池微网的优化调度问题,提出一种实用的启发式微网实时优化调度策略。该策略根据分时电价机制的特点,考虑蓄电池荷电状态对其折旧费用和最大充、放电速率的影响,对蓄电池按照事先制定的规则进行充、放电,采用量子粒子群算法优化微电源出力及微网与大电网间的功率交互,引导微网对大电网削峰填谷,实现微网与大电网互利共赢。启发式规则的引入有助于科学使用蓄电池,显著提高程序的运行速度,更好地满足实时调度要求。最后以一个典型微网系统的日调度安排为例,验证了策略和模型的合理性。
