风电场接入电力系统研究的新进展

Abstract:

近年来,由于国家政策的促进,我国风资源丰富地区的风电穿透功率迅速增长。截至2006年底,我国的风电总装机容量达到2589MW,年增长率高达105.5%。由于装机容量较大的风电场一般接入220kV输电网,风电场接入后对电网的影响范围更大了。在中国,风资源丰富地区一般都远离负荷中心,电网结构也比较弱,因此,大规模风电接入电网后出现了输电线路过载、电压水平降低、系统暂态稳定性改变等问题。另外,电力系统的调度和运行也受到风电间歇性的影响,需要电力系统备用来补偿风电的波动。本文主要研究风电场接入对电网带来的各方面影响,阐述了风电场接入电力系统研究的新进展、研究方法及相关结论,最后给出了解决相关问题的技术方案。
