基于撮合交易机制的阻塞消除模型与算法

Abstract:

针对应用于南方电力市场的撮合交易机制,研究了基于撮合交易机制的结算规则与阻塞管理的关系,以调整费用最小为目标函数,提出了撮合交易机制下消除阻塞的模型与算法。由于该机制下的结算价格与机组出力之间是非线性联动关系,目标函数具有非线性特性,求解时选取每台发电机组与负荷方匹配成功的有功功率增量为求解变量,引入拉格朗日乘子建立增广目标函数,利用Kuhn-Tuck最优条件方法求解。6节点系统的计算比较结果表明以调整费用最小为目标函数进行阻塞管理时,按统一边际价格结算时的调整费用最高,基于撮合交易机制的结算方式次之,按实际报价结算时的调整费用最低。
