电网企业综合数据平台的开发

Abstract:

实现企业级信息共享和业务集成的前提是建设企业级综合数据平台(integrateddataplatform,IDP)。文章基于IEC61970/61968CIM/CIS标准,提出了电网公司企业级IDP的总体构架。该IDP包括数据适配器、公共信息模型(commoninformationmodel,CIM)及其扩展模型、标准数据服务和管理监控4大模块。以营销应用和设备管理为例,阐述了通过模型类的新建、简化和关联来扩展CIM的设计方法。分析了利用统一集成总线(unifiedintegrativebus,UIB)开发符合组件接口规范(componentinterfacespecification,CIS)的数据接口服务的关键点以及基于IDP的典型应用。
