巴西“11.10”大停电原因分析及我国对南方电网的启示

Abstract:

介绍了巴西电网“11.10”大停电事故的发生、发展过程,指出极端天气引发的多重故障、继电保护存在的缺陷、安稳控制和第3道防线的措施不足、受端系统电压崩溃是导致此次大停电的主要原因。巴西电网在运行特性上与南方电网有诸多类似之处,结合南方电网实际,总结了此次大停电事故的经验教训。
