共换流站±500kV同塔双回直流输电工程控制系统的分层结构

Abstract:

根据溪洛渡右岸电站送电广东±500kV同塔双回直流输电工程2回直流共起点,共落点,共换流站,共用交流场设备,共用接地极等特点,论述了其直流控制系统的分层结构、功能归属配置、2回直流间的协调控制功能及后备无功功率控制功能的配置,并提出了3种可行的功能和硬件分层结构方案,进行了技术性能比较分析,最终推荐直流控制系统设置独立的双回直流控制层(站控制层)、双极控制层和极控层设备的方案为最优方案。
