分布式发电经济效益分析及其评估模型

Abstract:

分布式发电(distributedgeneration,DG)的应用日趋广泛,其经济效益的合理量化却难以实现。分析了DG在降低线损、减低电价、节能减排、减少发电容量以及延缓配电网建设投资等方面的经济效益。基于一般线损模型,建立了DG接入电网后对降低线损的度量模型。从市场短期运行的角度出发,以DG接入电网后的线损模型为约束条件,求解新的市场边际价格。在考虑DG接入电网后所形成的新的机组调度方案下,建立了减少污染物排放所带来的环境效益模型。算例分析结果表明,合理规划DG的接入及运行方式能给系统带来显著的经济效益。
