多重故障对配电网可靠性指标的影响度

Abstract:

在配电网可靠性评估中,由于配电网元件数量大,是否考虑多重故障将影响可靠性评估指标的可信度,但考虑多重故障又会显著增加评估工作量,因此需对其进行合理取舍。为此提出了多重故障对配电网可靠性指标影响度的分析方法,推导了多重故障发生概率与1重故障发生概率的比值表达式,指出系统元件数目越多、元件年停电时间越长,多重故障对系统可靠性指标影响越大,并且可将单个元件维修视为1重故障进行处理。在此基础上,可对多重故障进行合理取舍。
