山地地形对输电塔风振响应的影响

Abstract:

在输电塔—线体系等电力设施的抗风设计中,必须考虑地形对风场的卓越影响。本文详细回顾了典型地形对近地风场影响的研究,然后对所有发达国家和地区的现行风荷载规范进行了深入对比分析,发现各国规范制定的思路基本相同,但提出的地形对风场的影响模型各有不同,并与我国风荷载规范进行了比较,可为我国电力设施抗风设计提供参考。通过某一特高压大跨越输电塔的风振分析实例表明,山地地形对风场有很大影响,进而对输电塔的风振响应也有很大影响,山地地形下输电塔的位移响应比平地增大约23.0%~59.6%。
