含风电的系统最优旋转备用的确定

Abstract:

随着风电场规模的日益增加,传统确定旋转备用的方法已经不再适用。研究了在兼顾系统运行可靠性和经济性及发电机组故障停运、负荷和风电出力预测偏差等不确定性因素时,系统所需的最优旋转备用。采用了经济学中成本效益分析方法,以系统发电成本和期望停电成本最小为目标,用概率密度函数来分析负荷和风电出力的预测偏差,并将其引入到机组停运容量的计算中;采用智能优化算法求解出最优的旋转备用需求,并就相关因素对优化结果的影响进行了敏感性分析。仿真结果表明,提出的模型和算法是可行的,对风电系统的运行有一定参考价值。
