基于自主式决策的综合评价方法在电能质量领域的分析与运用

Abstract:

提出一种基于自主式决策思想的区域电能质量综合评估方法,在解决了指标权重主观性的同时,实现了对于同一区域不同评估对象电能质量综合评价结果的相互比较。首先,该算法对各评估对象采取了“突出自身优势,弱化对手优势”的竞争原则;接着以自主式决策方法分析了电能质量评估对象的竞争区间以及竞争视野,构建了具有竞争特点的评价模型;最后得出了各评估对象合理的评估排序结果。具体算例表明,该方法体现了评估对象的自主性作用,保证了评价结果的公正性、有效性。
