线路实时可靠性模型参数对电网运行可靠性评估的影响

Abstract:

运行可靠性概念和评估理论建立了基于实时运行条件的元件可靠性模型,综合考虑了机组的运行方式、负荷的实时变化、网络结构的变化等实时运行条件对运行可靠性的影响。文章在此基础上提出了元件实时可靠性模型的建模原则,并给出了线路的双曲函数模型,详细分析了线路实时可靠性模型参数的变化对模型本身及评估结果的影响,包括线路停运概率统计值、线路潮流越限阈值、线路额定容量等参数变化带来的影响,并进一步提出了实际工程中线路实时可靠性模型参数的选取方法。
