基于地理信息系统的大规模配电网可靠性评估方法

Abstract:

提出了一种从GIS获取配电网络信息,以故障遍历法为基础,适用于大规模配电网的可靠性实用评估算法和软件设计思想。介绍了配电网数据的结构化存储方式设计,给出了一种新的配电网节点单元的分类和集成方式,并定义了一种全新描述网络拓扑连接关系的方法。阐述了如何通过GIS自动导出馈线的拓扑结构和相关信息。在此基础上,提出了转供判断及可靠性指标的计算方法。此外,本文在系统可靠性分析建模中还考虑了预安排停电的影响,使计算结果更加符合实际情况。算例分析表明,该系统在评估大规模配电网可靠性时,具有良好的计算精度及效率。
