电压崩溃的风险评估方法及应用

Abstract:

传统的电力系统电压崩溃评估方法是确定性方法。确定性方法通常考虑较为严重但发生概率较低的事件,所以常常导致评估结果保守。风险评估方法可以综合考虑事件的发生概率和后果,有很好的发展前景。提出了一种电力系统电压崩溃的风险评估方法,并针对IEEE14节点系统进行了应用研究。文章还通过分析并联电容器的配置容量和电压崩溃风险的关系,提出了一种根据风险曲线确定并联电容器最优配置的方法。
