电气设备的地震灾害易损性分析

Abstract:

本文采用震害统计方法,建立了高压电气设备的易损性分析方法。针对以往电气设备易损性分析只注重变电站设备忽视输电线路从而影响抗震灾害风险分析精确度的缺点,本文不仅分析了变电站主要设备的易损性,而且统计分析了输电线路杆塔结构的易损性。结合四川电网在汶川地震中的设备损坏情况,采用matlab仿真给出主要电气设备的易损性曲线。分析结果表明本文所提方法是可行的,其结果对电气设备的抗震设计、加固和维修决策具有重要的应用价值,并为进行电力系统网络抗震风险评估提供了基础数据,有利于网络抗震风险评估在电力系统的应用及提高电力系统的抗震性能
