考虑复杂转供和预安排停电的配电网可靠性评估

Abstract:

为减少计算量,提出了配电网网络简化及节点分类方法。在考虑容量约束的情况下,分析了故障后判断负荷能否通过联络线实现转供的方法,提出了基于转供判断的配电网可靠性指标计算方法。分析了预安排停电对配电网可靠性的影响,提出了预安排停电情况下的配电网可靠性指标计算方法。将以上2部分可靠性指标相加可得配电网总的可靠性指标。算例结果验证了该方法的可行性。
