节能发电调度计划多Agent制定系统

Abstract:

节能发电调度模式中要求制定安全、节能、环保及经济的调度方式,其涉及机组排序、系统可靠性、备用、市场因素、环保、电网安全稳定、新能源机组、机组调峰调频及网损等众多内容.如何在满足工程要求的时间内统一协调上述关联因素制定优质的调度方式,是实施节能调度的难点和关键.基于此,本文通过研究节能发电调度的要求,提炼出节能发电调度的整体构架及主体流程.充分利用多Agent的分散协调控制等优势,构建实现节能发电调度的多Agent模型;设计各组成Agent的模型并设计其推理或计算机构;研究各Agent之间相互协作协调的内容及通信策略,通过各Agent之间的协作与交互,共同制定出满足节能调度要求的优质调度指令.最后,以制定次日发电计划为例,阐述了多Agent系统在广西电网通信调度中心的应用,验证了本文所构建的多Agent节能调度系统的有效性.此外,该研究成果为实施节能发电调度开辟了新的途径.
