基于双调制波的三电平NPC变流器载波调制策略

Abstract:

三电平NPC变流器的调制策略中,双调制波载波调制策略(doublemodulationwavecarrier-basedPWM,DMWPWM)是一种可以实现全调制度和全功率因数中点电压无波动的调制策略。首先分析了已有DMWPWM策略的基本原理,推导了DMWPWM策略调制波与传统SPWM策略调制波的关系,在此基础上提出了应用于三电平NPC变流器的DMWPWM策略。然后,从输出相电压总谐波畸变率(totalharmonicdistortion,THD)特性、直流电压利用率以及器件开关损耗三方面对新型DMWPWM策略与传统正弦脉冲宽度调制(sinusoidalpulsewidthmodulation,SPWM)策略进行对比,进一步阐明了所提方法特点。仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
