考虑频率特性和断面传输有功功率约束的潮流模型

Abstract:

提出了考虑频率特性和断面传输有功功率约束的潮流模型。该模型在考虑频率电压调节特性的潮流方程基础上,增加了断面传输有功功率方程,并对互联区域两端的平衡机组增加了有功调节变量及其控制方程。其中,平衡机组的调节功率等于其所在控制区的区域控制偏差(areacontrolerror,ACE)、有功网损偏差和超短期预测有功负荷偏差之和。通过对IEEE118节点测试系统的仿真分析,验证了新模型的必要性和有效性,同时结果也表明所建模型能够有效提高频率和断面传输有功的控制水平。
