三电平逆变器并联系统的中点电位控制策略

Abstract:

为保证逆变器并联系统的正常运行,必须同时解决中点电位控制和零序环流抑制2个问题。分析了零序环流和中点电位波动的产生机理,从理论上推导得到两者的相互关系。基于调制波分解的载波调制原理,提出了一种并联系统的中点电位控制策略,无需空间矢量脉宽调制(spacevectorpulsewidthmodulation,SVPWM)复杂的扇区划分和占空比计算,实现简单,并且能够在不影响零序环流抑制的条件下实现逆变器并联系统的中点电位控制。进一步通过推导,分析了该方法对中点电位的控制能力。最后,搭建了一套80kW的三相三电平逆变器并联系统,过仿真和实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
