考虑随机性的风电布局优化模型

Abstract:

风电功率的随机性对电力系统安全稳定运行提出挑战,同时,系统网架条件、电源结构和负荷特性制约着风电的接入与消纳。为此,建立了风电布局优化模型,以系统风电装机容量最大化为目标,计及网架传输容量限制,采用典型负荷水平反映系统的负荷需求,并考虑常规机组应对风电功率波动的能力。模型应用鲁棒线性优化理论考虑风电随机性,采用盒式集合描述风电功率偏离均值的程度,引入可调节的鲁棒性参数,实现不确定性优化模型向确定性优化模型的转化,进而对风机布点及相应的装机容量进行优化决策。最后,以修正的Graver6算例系统为例,验证了模型的有效性与合理性。
