模块化多电平变流器桥臂电感参数设计

Abstract:

桥臂电感作为模块化多电平变流器的重要组成部分,其电感值的选取对于变流器稳定运行极为关键。从桥臂谐波电流分析入手,通过分析换流器拓扑结构与工作原理,详细推推导了各次环流幅值与桥臂电感值之间的约束关系,得出了系统通用矩阵方程。在此基础上,提出一种能够避免换流器谐振且能满足系统功率运行范围、环流限制要求的桥臂电感值的设计方法。基于Matlab/Simlink的舟山柔性直流输电工程实例仿真结果验证了所提方法可行。
