一种组合全波整流式高频链逆变器

Abstract:

分析了3种传统的应用于并网的高频链逆变器(highfrequencylinkinverter,HFLI)的电路拓扑,综合3种HFLI的各自特点,提出了一种组合全波整流式(combinedfull-waverectifier-CFR)HFLI(CFR-HFLI)。推演了从周波式HFLI(cycloconverterHFLI,CHFLI)到CFR-HFLI的拓扑重构过程,分析了CFR-HFLI的电路工作模态。对CFR-HFLI和CHFLI进行比较,总结了CFR-HFLI的特点。给出了与CFR-HFLI相关的并网逆变器、AC/AC变换器和组合全桥整流式逆变器的电路拓扑。实验结果验证了CFR-HFLI具有的良好性能和高效率。
