限流式UPFC保护电路的设计与验证

Abstract:

针对限流式统一潮流控制器(unifiedpowerflowcontroller,UPFC)运行过程中极易发生的进线过流和输出过压等问题,分析了出现过流、过压的产生机理,并为限流式UPFC实验样机设计了一套详细的保护电路。该保护电路在限流式UPFC启动时,自动插入充电电阻防止过电流,不控充电结束后自动切除;在短路故障等引起的直流电容过电压时,无延时地将逆变桥出口短接,隔离故障电压和电流,而由限流器承担。PSCAD对比仿真结果表明,保护电路的设计能解决限流式UPFC的进线过流和输出过压问题。将所设计的保护电路应用于10kV限流式UPFC样机,实验结果表明,该保护电路能保障限流式UPFC的设备安全,与仿真结果相符。
