基于随机前沿模型的智能电网效率评估方法

Abstract:

针对智能电网的技术效率与配置效率评估,提出了一种基于随机前沿模型的智能电网效率评价方法,用于反映电网智能化推进过程中的技术生产能力与资源优化配置能力。所提出的评价方法以具有随机前沿特性的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为理论基础,分析综合随机因素下的智能电网投入产出关系,建立智能电网技术效率评估模型。通过对柯布-道格拉斯的生产函数与成本函数之间的自对偶性分析,推导出智能电网的资源优化配置效率的评估模型,该模型能够避免常规配置效率评价对冗繁的投入要素价格信息的需求。算例分析结果验证了所提方法的有效性和合理性。同时,灵敏度分析结果表明,电网企业的技术效率与配置效率水平与其管理机制和生产要素投入方式有着较强的影响关系。
