有源配电网跳闸闭合域的确定方法

Abstract:

针对有源配电网保护的要求,提出一种基于智能终端单元(smartterminalunit,STU)的保护架构。介绍了故障识别以及断路器跳闸的具体流程,研究了跳闸闭合域的确定方法。采用保护与断路器分开配置的方法,以同时满足故障判别的准确性以及设备配置的经济性。跳闸闭合域用来表示识别出故障后需要跳开的断路器集合,采用保护关联矩阵来描述跳闸闭合域内各节点的连接关系。文章对保护关联矩阵的形成进行了详细说明,通过拓扑搜索得到主保护关联矩阵,对其进行处理可得到后备保护关联矩阵,分别用于主保护以及断路器拒动情况下的后备保护。当配电网的拓扑结构变化时,对不同情况下STU的处理方法进行了讨论。最后结合实例分析,说明了保护动作和断路器跳闸的过程,验证了其有效性。
