基于用户响应下的分时电价优化设计模型与方法

Abstract:

从配电公司的自身利益出发提出了一个考虑购电成本、需求响应以及其它因素的分时电价定价模型,并针对购电商是否具有市场力两种情况分别进行了分析。论述了该模型本质上属于非线性规划问题并探讨了其求解过程。最后将该模型应用于某简单算例进行仿真计算,结果表明如果用户对分时电价具有较强的响应度,则在峰谷电价差较小时也可以实现用户与电力企业共同获利的目的。
