多功能柔性功率调节器的稳态工作特性研究

Abstract:

多功能柔性功率调节器(flexiblepowerconditioner,FPC)是一种新型柔性交流输电系统(flexibleACtransmissionsystems,FACTS)装置。它由双馈电机(doublyfedinductiongenerator,DFIG)和作为交流励磁电源的电压源型双脉冲宽度调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)变频器组成。FPC具有独立的无功和动态有功调节能力,能提高电力系统稳定性并改善供电质量。FPC通过交流励磁控制其调节的有功和无功功率,因此其功率极限受转子侧变频器的约束。研究了变频器电流、电压和容量限制对FPC功率极限的影响,以及功率极限与转差的关系。结果表明FPC功率极限的主要约束条件是变频器电流限制。此外,还讨论了FPC稳态优化运行点的选取问题。
