电力客户实时履约能力综合评价管理系统

Abstract:

实时掌控电力客户的履约能力并及时采取应对措施是供电企业实现良好运营的保证。文中概述了电力客户实时履约能力综合评价管理系统的设计原理及实现方法,建立了一套评价客户履约能力的指标体系,采用熵权法建立评价模型,运用定量与定性相结合的方法来评价电力客户的履约能力并给出了算例。对供电企业更好地管理电力客户有一定参考作用。
