贵阳南部电网高频问题与超速保护器仿真研究

Abstract:

以2005年水平年南方电网的实测数据为基础,建立了实际电网机组原动机、调速器、超速保护器(overspeedprotectioncontroller,OPC)和负荷等元件模型,采用该模型进行机电暂态仿真实验,结果表明该仿真过程与2006年7月7日贵阳南部电网的实际故障过程接近。通过仿真比较,分析了贵阳南部电网出现孤网高频故障的原因,提出了抑制系统振荡的主要措施,指出了目前电网OPC整定原则存在的问题,建议相关部门尽快制定符合电网实际情况的协调整定原则。
