基于效益风险函数的电磁环网风险评估与控制

Abstract:

针对电磁环网问题,提出了一种基于效益风险函数的电磁环网风险评估与控制方法。该方法以风险理论与效益函数理论为基础,首先对电磁环网的安全性进行风险评估,通过风险计算获得电磁环网的静态风险、暂态风险以及系统总的风险,考虑了采取安全稳定控制措施前后系统各种风险的变化情况;然后计算了电磁环网以及安全稳定装置产生的经济效益,在获得电磁环网风险值与效益值的基础上计算了效益风险函数值,分析了电磁环网在不同运行状态下系统的收益与风险的取舍问题,为系统运行人员合理决策提供了有力支持。实际大区电网的应用结果表明了该方法的可行性。
