特高压输电线路在线监测技术的应用

Abstract:

特高压交流试验示范工程具有电压等级高、传输容量大、传输距离远等特点,对其线路实施实时在线监控是保障特高压线路安全、稳定和可靠运行的必要措施。文章分析了现有输电线路在线监测技术,包括覆冰监测、导线风偏监测、杆塔倾斜监测、导线微风振动监测、导线舞动监测等。提出了在线监测技术在特高压线路中应用的基本要求和范围,并对在线监测管理平台提出了功能要求。
