Abstract:

给出一种基于等效电量函数法并考虑关键潮流断面约束的随机生产模拟方法。首先,简单介绍了等效电量函数法的基本原理,分析了常规模型由于未考虑断面约束而存在的不足。结合电网实际运行情况,根据有无电量交易和断面构成情况,划分了潮流断面类型并构建了相应数学描述模型。基于此,给出了等效电量函数法中不同类型断面的处理方法,设计了相应的随机生产模拟计算流程。IEEERTS算例仿真结果表明关键潮流断面的存在显著影响系统运行的可靠性和各机组发电量,在随机生产模拟中应予以详细考虑。
