基于多目标静态模糊模型的分布式电源规划

Abstract:

提出静态模糊多目标模型。对分布式电源(distributedgeneration,DG)在输配电系统的选址定容和技术比重进行优化。模型对包括经济属性、技术属性以及环境属性在内的冲突性及竞争性的目标函数进行优化。其中,经济目标函数是分布式发电商售电取得的利润,并考虑了DG的边际收益;技术目标函数是技术参数超出技术标准范围的风险值加权总和的最小化;环境目标函数是污染排放物的最小化。提出的DG规划框架考虑了6种分布式技术的特性,并利用模糊数来研究系统的不确定性,包括负荷需求、电力价格、DG运行成本以及投资成本,并通过IEEE37节点算例验证该规划模型的正确性和有效性。
