含高渗透率间歇性电源的电网规划方案优选方法

Abstract:

根据含高渗透率间歇性电源电网的特点,提出了一种该类型电网规划方案的优选方法。构建了包含电压稳定、频率稳定、充裕性、安全稳定性、间歇性电源接入容量和经济性等指标的评价指标体系。基于决策实行与评价实验室(decisionmakingtrailandevaluationlaboratory,DEMANTEL)法对传统网络分析法(analyticnetworkprocess,ANP)进行改进,并采用改进的网络分析法获取指标间相对权重。同时基于绝对正负理想点理论和投影型贴近度方法对传统逼近理想点(techniquefororderpreferencebysimilaritytoidealsolution,TOPSIS)法进行改进,在得到指标权重的基础上利用改进TOPSIS法生成各规划方案的整体排序,从而选出最优方案,最后给出算例证明了所提方法的有效性。
