考虑风电并网的快速响应火电机组安全经济规划模型

Abstract:

快速响应火电机组能够为风电场提供备用服务,是短期内促进大规模风电并网消纳、解决风电间歇性和波动性特征引起的电网安全性问题最有效的手段之一。文章分析了大规模风电并网背景下快速响应火电机组规划面临的快速响应火电机组参数不确定性与系统调度水平的不确定性,构建了快速响应火电机组安全经济规划模型,以规划总成本最小为目标函数,利用Benders分解法将目标问题分解成不考虑可靠性的主问题,以及可靠性和最优运行2个子问题进行求解,并通过一个6节点系统算例验证了所构建模型的合理性和算法的可行性。
