复合绝缘非线性电场的有限元迭代计算

Abstract:

直流稳态和极性反转是换流变压器阀侧套管出线装置复合绝缘的典型运行状态,且绝缘介质具有较强的场变、温变非线性,因此温度梯度下,其电性能参数的改变将影响复合绝缘的直流稳态和极性反转电场。该文将有限元法用于定量分析电场、温度两个非线性因素对电场分布的影响。通过试验确定单一绝缘介质电导率与场强、温度的非线性函数关系。提出计及场强、温度非线性的有限元迭代算法,并通过存在解析解的同轴绝缘结构验证该算法的准确性。建立了±400kV换流变压器出线装置复合绝缘结构全模型,分析了场强、温度对其直流稳态场、极性反转瞬态场的影响规律。结果表明,线性与非线性条件下得到的电场分布规律存在一定差异,且场变非线性对局部高场强区域有一定的抑制作用,而温变非线性可使高温区场强降低,低温区场强升高。在极性反转过程中,温变非线性可使复合绝缘出现畸变较严重的局部高场强区。该文提出的非线性电场有限元迭代算法及电场模拟结果可为换流变压器出线装置的设计提供参考。
