面向电力市场的含风电电力系统的环境经济调度优化

Abstract:

考虑洁净能源在环保问题上低成本的优势,建立了一个面向电力市场的含风电的电力系统环境经济调度优化模型,使电力市场环境下含风电的电力系统优化调度更趋合理和经济,具有较高的可信度。基于遗传算法,运用Matlab工具箱对IEEE30节点系统进行了优化求解与仿真,验证了该模型和算法的正确性和有效性。
