微电网孤岛运行时的频率控制策略

Abstract:

提出了一种基于同步发电机机电暂态数学模型的新型微电网逆变电源,即虚拟同步发电机。详细分析了将传统电力系统中集中式频率控制引入微电网的可行性。微电网孤岛运行时,将虚拟同步发电机分为非调频发电单元和调频发电单元,前者既能按照功率调度指令发电,又能参与一次调频,缓解扰动情况下系统频率的波动,后者提供微电网参考电压,并利用二次调频实现频率的无差控制。还指出了分散式频率控制存在的问题,并给出了集中式频率控制的基本结构。Matlab/Simulink的仿真结果表明了该控制策略的正确性和可行性。
