快速适应电网结构变化的广域后备保护新方法

Abstract:

提出一种适用于网络变结构的广域后备保护新方法。该方法在电力系统正常运行的情况下,首先利用故障等值模型计算故障点的等值注入电流,再根据网络拓扑参数和节点注入电流形成支路相关因子矩阵,确定故障界定集;在网络拓扑发生变化后,通过修改支路相关因子矩阵中部分元素,实现故障界定集的快速更新。当电力系统出现故障时,迅速计算故障界定集与支路电流测量值之间贴近度的最小值,并以此确定故障位置。新英格兰10机39节点系统仿真结果表明,该方法不受系统运行方式的影响,能够在网络变结构情况下准确、灵敏、可靠地实现故障定位。
