大用户电力需求品质的多维评判方法

Abstract:

为全面衡量大用户直接交易的效果,本文提出电力交易品质的新理念及其评判方法。在探讨电力交易品质内涵、确定品质评判分析维度后,基于电网状态阐述品质因子属性。考虑负荷特性与经济指标,从偏差电量、偏差时段、曲线形态三方面建立了电力交易品质因子的多维评判标准,建立一套品质评价指标集及交易评判流程。采集某电网交易数据进行仿真,算例结果表明该评价体系能全面、深入地评价电力交易效果,为大用户直接交易的规范化、公平化提供了理论基础和新思路。
