基于模糊综合评价的居民智能用电行为分析

Abstract:

智能电网环境下居民智能用电快速发展,研究居民智能用电行为对于智能电网的设计和建设具有重要意义。目前,需求响应广泛开展,但是居民的响应度较低,论文旨在通过对智能电网下居民用电态度的调研,为居民互动机制的设计提出建议,使居民广泛参与各项需求响应项目,成为保证电力系统稳定运行的重要角色。通过对我国典型城市居民智能用电情况进行问卷调查和数据统计,分析了居民家庭用电情况和影响因素,发现家庭电费开支与住房面积有正相关关系。采用模糊综合评价的方法对居民智能用电的态度进行量化评分,找出了智能用电中居民认为重要的信息和功能,根据居民的偏好和智能用电行为分析,为智能电网下居民互动机制设计提出了合理化的建议。
