248nm紫外激光照射高温硫化硅橡胶实验及老化机理探讨

Abstract:

高温硫化硅橡胶(high-temperaturevulcanizationsiliconerubber,HTV)通常作为特高压直流输电的复合绝缘子的外套材料,而其老化问题是危害输电线路可靠性的重要原因之一。文章通过248nm紫外激光照射HTV进行了加速老化试验,并对照射前后样品进行了接触角、扫描电子显微镜(scanningelectronmicroscopy,SEM)、傅里叶红外变换光谱(Fouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy,FTIR)以及X射线光电子能谱(X-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy,XPS)测试。结果表明在紫外激光照射下,样品接触角呈减小趋势;材料表面出现浅坑,粗糙度变大,部分填充物外露。结合FTIR和XPS的结果,初步探讨了紫外老化机理,分析认为照射后的样品中有部分C-H键、Si-CH3键和Si-O-Si键被打断而形成自由基,同时形成了亲水性-COOH或者-CH2OH;在含氧气氛中,O和Si交联形成了SiOx(x=3或4)。紫外激光照射HTV造成了其物理老化和光氧化老化。
