Abstract:

电动汽车充电负荷和风电的随机性与时变性将对电力系统的运行状态产生重要影响。为此,分析了影响电动汽车充电负荷特性的主要因素,根据车辆调查数据对电动汽车用户行驶特性进行建模,基于变异系数建立了电动汽车充电负荷、风电出力和基础负荷的动态概率模型,采用半不变量法概率潮流研究了含电动汽车充电负荷和风电的电力系统动态概率特性,分析了5种不同情形下系统支路潮流和节点电压的运行状态。研究结果表明,采用动态概率模型能获得更全面的潮流分布情况,电动汽车充电负荷和风电出力对系统动态运行特性有重要影响,且不同的电动汽车充电控制策略对系统的影响也不同。
