风力发电机电容缓冲双参数控制器储能策略

Abstract:

为改善由于风速波动而引起的风力发电机电能品质不佳的问题,该文利用能量缓冲和闭环反馈技术,结合电力分段线性方法,针对离网型风电系统提出一种电容缓冲双参数控制储能策略。在Matlab/Simulink中通过建模仿真,实现了恒流恒压充电、动态储能补偿和低风速下储能,验证了设计的正确性。由于该电源管理单元具有低风速储能的优点,所以该设计的双参数控制器风能利用率高,应用风速范围广,为以后的开发研究提供了有益参考。
