综合考虑多种电网安全主题的关键断面自动发现方法

Abstract:

在对实际电网关键断面选取特点进行归纳总结的基础上,提出了一种综合考虑多种电网安全主题的电网关键断面自动发现方法。该方法在电网拓扑结构和在线潮流状态的基础上,对电网进行电气分区,并根据不同的安全主题选择不同类型的关键断面根据电网暂态安全主题的需要,选取分电气区间的联络线构成的长距离输电通道作为关键断面;根据电网热稳定安全主题,选取电压等级较高、传输功率大且相互间影响大的输电线构成的输电通道作为关键断面;根据负荷侧热稳定安全主题,选取电压等级较低、传输功率较大且相互间影响较大的输电线构成的输电通道作为关键断面。广东省电网算例测试结果表明该方法准确考虑了电网中常见的安全主题,得到了不同种类的关键断面;关键断面结果不仅符合电网运行方式专家的给出的经验关键断面,也能够发现新的关键断面,结果具有合理可信。
